The Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board (ILETSB) is proud to announce the availability of three grants for fiscal year 2025. These programs are designed to support law enforcement agencies in their efforts to enhance public safety, improve technology, and strengthen community relationships. This grant provides funding to help law enforcement agencies recruit and retain qualified officers. It aims to address staffing challenges and ensure communities that are served by dedicated and skilled personnel.

This grant provides funding to local law enforcement agencies for the purchase, expansion, and maintenance of equipment and services that support the National Integrated Ballistics Information Network (NIBIN).
